Galactic Invaders Starter Sheet
Galactic Invaders was distributed in both Starters and Boosters. Each Starter deck contains 21 fixed Empire Specific cards and 80 randomized card. Card rarity is designated based on how many times the card is duplicated on the sheet; Commons appear 4x, Uncommons 3x, Rares 2x, and Very Rares 1x. The 80 randomized cards were from the Universe Edition set.
While other Starters each contained 20 fixed cards, these contain 21. It appears the Sector HQ card was an afterthought and was inserted into the mix after the fact. They were likely printed on another sheet, probably not the Galactic Invaders Very Rare sheet as the boosters were apparently printed and released months after the starters. They were probably inserted on a Promotional run sheet.
Note that the depicted Print Sheets are just example layouts. I don't know what the actual card layout of these sheets were. In fact, the actual layout was likely more randomized to make it easier to pack boosters.
